Appreciated Dylan for taking care of us when his initial site manager did not put up a fence that met his standards. He corrected the issue and we are grateful.

We recently had our deck repaired/rebuilt by Dylan and his crew. They did a great job with very reasonable price, and left our yard super clean. I highly recommend Austin Outdoor Builders!

From the very beginning Dylan was very prompt and overall a nice guy. He did not try to upsale me and trick me into purchasing something I did not need. Listened to our needs and suggested what would be best for our particular project. Paul and Jason did the hard work however! These guys worked in 95+ degree heat and did a perfect job with my repairs and new gate. Even when I wanted to make changes after they were finished they were super polite and worked extremely hard to meet our needs.. If we ever need any more work these guys are the first call I am making. Recommending to everyone and anyone who needs fence work.

I went with Austin outdoor builders for my deck project and I'm really glad I did.  Dylan came out to quote and he actually listened to what I wanted, unlike many other companies, and he worked with me -providing his input and knowledge-  to come up with a deck I was really looking forward to. Jacob and crew arrived and worked hard to get this built, taking time to involve and inform me of any changes or decisions that had to be made. The end result was the deck that I had wanted, with the peace of mind that it was built professionally and with no nasty surprises. The deck looks great, feels great. The next project I have, I'll be using them again.

Dylan and Paul were awesome to work with through the whole project.   From scope changes, uncooperative ground and plumbing hazards, and record flooding, and they stayed flexible through the whole project. I'm looking forward to working with them on more projects in the future!

I never had any experience with building fences, so I was really glad to find this company. Dylan is very easy to deal with. He's patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He has quick response time and he was very helpful in helping me plan exactly how I wanted the fence. Fernando and crew did a fantastic job putting up a chain link fence around my property in far South Austin. They worked tirelessly each day until the job was finished. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my experience with Austin Outdoor Builders on this project: *****Everybody I dealt with was very professional. *****The cost of the fence and labor was very fair. *****The job was completed in a timely manner. *****The finished product is of high quality. *****There is nothing to complain about. Bottom line, AOB delivers Total Customer Satisfaction. I'm very proud of my fence. It looks real good. 5 stars all the way.

These guys are so competent and professional it made me cry inside comparing to other fly-by-night "business operators" I had the misfortune of using in the past. First off, NO SUBCONTRACTORS.  Yeah, from the people who come out for initial survey, build the quote, and then build the fence, they all know it's not just a "take your money" gig, they're all responsible for delivering to exceed expectations. Second, if during the job there's no problems, but at the end they notice that maybe, just maybe, you need a second set of stairs because the height of the deck ends up being just a little too high... THEY JUST BUILD THEM.  No change order, just do the right thing. This is why you pay more... contingency is built in to do the job right.   Extremely satisfied customer.

This is an outstanding company! Dylan Cash and his crew were excellent. They replaced our wooden stairs going down to our backyard. The quality of the work was great.  Dylan was easy to work with, and answered all questions in a timely manner. The crew was informative and kept a very clean work site. They were also excellent.
