From the very beginning Dylan was very prompt and overall a nice guy. He did not try to upsale me and trick me into purchasing something I did not need. Listened to our needs and suggested what would be best for our particular project. Paul and Jason did the hard work however! These guys worked in 95+ degree heat and did a perfect job with my repairs and new gate. Even when I wanted to make changes after they were finished they were super polite and worked extremely hard to meet our needs.. I went with Austin outdoor builders for my deck project and I'm really glad I did. Dylan came out to quote and he actually listened to what I wanted, unlike many other companies, and he worked with me -providing his input and knowledge- to come up with a deck I was really looking forward to. Jacob and crew arrived and worked hard to get this built, taking time to involve and inform me of any changes or decisions that had to be made. The end result was the deck that I had wanted, with the peace of mind that it was built professionally and with no nasty surprises. The deck looks great, feels great. The next project I have, I'll be using them again.

He has quick response time and he was very helpful in helping me plan exactly how I wanted the fence. These guys are so competent and professional it made me cry inside comparing to other fly-by-night "business operators" I had the misfortune of using in the past. First off, NO SUBCONTRACTORS. Yeah, from the people who come out for initial survey, build the quote, and then build the fence, they all know it's not just a "take your money" gig, they're all responsible for delivering to exceed expectations. Second, if during the job there's no problems, but at the end they notice that maybe, just maybe, you need a second set of stairs because the height of the deck ends up being just a little too high... THEY JUST BUILD THEM. No change order, just do the right thing. This is why you pay more... contingency is built in to do the job right. Extremely satisfied customer.
